The deadline to request exclusion from the Settlement was OCTOBER 5, 2020.
Any member of the Settlement Class who did not file a timely written request for exclusion will be bound by the Settlement and all subsequent proceedings, orders and judgments in this lawsuit, even if that member of the Class does not cash their payment or subsequently initiates litigation against the Defendants relating to the matters released.
